Our story

A yellow house at the heart of the Amazon

Sustainable lodging, regional wooden architecture and a simple yet sophisticated way of welcoming guests.

Wooden veranda with hammocks at Ecopousada Casa Amarela

Ecopousada Casa Amarela was born from a desire to share the Amazon respectfully: preserving the forest, valuing the community and offering true comfort to every guest.

Our buildings follow the region's colonial architecture — wood, clay tiles, wide verandas and hammocks for an afternoon rest. Breakfasts are made with local produce and tours are led by guides from the community itself.

We follow sustainable tourism practices: water conservation, waste separation, mindful energy use and local income generation.
